Teachers’ Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Competencies

ICT use in the classroom is vital for allowing students to learn and apply 21st-century skills. Teachers prepare learning opportunities that help enhance process maximize abilities active learning. Hence, this research examined relationship between a teachers profile competencies. A quantitative descriptive method was used study, questionnaire adopted from National Competency Standard (NICS) Commission on Information Communication Technology (CICT). The units of analysis study were secondary West II district division Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. total 148 respondents sampling frame selected using simple random technique. data analyzed through Analysis Variance. Results showed out demographic variables, age factor Communications (ICT) Overall, District are competent technologies as part their growing grasp technological operations concepts, social ethical, pedagogical professional development. It recommended school may provide more training which align with Standards teachers.
